Mississippi Art Colony: The Colony Travel Show: February 26 - April 20

The Mississippi Art colony began in 1948 as a group of artists and teachers meeting together to paint, study, and critique each other's work. For the last 25 years their home has been at Camp Henry Jacobs in Utica. At each workshop, a juried show is selected and designated as "The Colony Travel Show” in which each artist may submit two works for judging. The juror this year was Joseph A. Smith of the Pratt Institute. Sponsored by Infinite Concepts.
