January 7: Heat and Hammer: a forging class for adults which will meet for 5 consecutive Tuesdays from 5:30 until 6:30; Lauren Bostick, instructor.
January 10 through February 28: Pappy Kitchens' The Saga of Red Eye the Rooster in the Malkin Gallery. The event is free to the public
January 15: Will Jacks will be in the auditorium from 5:30 - 7:00 to share his new book from University Press of Mississippi, Po' Monkey’s: Portrait of a Juke Joint. The event is free and open to the public.
January 25: The Kattawar Brothers will present a concert of juke joint dancing music. Tickets are on sale in the GAC office or on Eventbrite. $25 per person.
February 7: Bill Beckwith, a native Greenvillian who resides in Oxford, is a gifted and renowned sculptor; he will be in the auditorium for a presentation and demonstration. Join us from 5:30 until 7:30. This event is free and open to the public.
March 25: Ed Croom will present his book, The Land of Rowan Oak: An Exploration of Faulkner’s Natural World at 5:30 in the gallery. This event is free and open to the public.
March 6 through April 24: Poet Ann Fisher-Wirth and photographer Maude Schuyler Clay have collaborated on MISSISSIPPI, a new book that offers a new spirit of place for their home state. The book features 47 poems by Ann Fisher-Wirth and 47 color photographs by Maude Schuyler Clay that explore the history, culture, and ecology of the state of Mississippi. Clay is a seventh-generation Mississippian; Fisher-Wirth has lived here for 30 years, so the images and words represent long, complicated accumulations and recombinations of visual and linguistic experience. Please join us for a special reception at 5:30, followed by signing and speaking. This event is free and open to the public.

November 6 through December 15: The Art of Rick Anderson; opening reception on November 6 in the Malkin Gallery from 5:30 - 7:30.
